LOL....while I do love the blog, I should probably point out that purebred working dogs typically also have "pedigrees".
There are crap pedigrees and non-crap pedigrees, to put it simply...a non-crap pedigree would be filled with non-crap purebred dogs who can function as they were originally intended. The difference lies with the breeder and whether or not he/she can recognize crap when looking at it.
That documentary has too many people bashing "purebred" dogs in general without really understanding what they're bashing.
Bulldogs are lazy, fat, and ugly, and pretty much serve no technical purpose, but they are great companions and hilarious to have around!
