I think that given the one with its eyes closed may still be too young to tell, the one with its eyes open, the pom, is "crapper." The puglet my turn out to be a viscious hunter, the other looks too gentle.
I'm basing this on the criteria that I gather from your website, which is inadvertantly adorable! and that criteria is that wild dogs would look down upon their pure-bred decendants with shame.

Agree. Foxy faced dog is a schipperke, a good all around working dog. They are known to live very long lives, to 17 or 18 years, and certainly over 15.
There's a "skipper key" at our dog park that is named Skipper. Unfortunately, he jumped out of the car window, which was going 55 mph. He lost a log, but can keep up with even the big dogs. Tough dog, I'd say.

this dog is a "Skipper Key" they were used to hunt rats in european shipyards

ReplyDeleteI love Schipperkes, you see them on Rhine boats in Europe a lot. Ideal ship's dogs.
